Install remote radio control (C2298/VRC) on mounting bracket and secure

with bolts using a 3/8" drive ratchet handle, 3" extension, 1/2" socket,

and 1/2" combination wrench.

Install handset (H250/U) on remote radio control (C2298/VRC).
