NOTE

Most wires are shielded.

Ensure that the shielding is

stripped and only the center conductor is connected to

the solder cups and/or crimp terminal.

In truck cab, install five wires of W-33 cable to pin terminals of W33P2

45 watt soldering iron.

Connect W33P2 to J801 of remote radio control (C2298/VRC).

Remove and retain two bolts securing relay mounting bracket and diagnostic

equipment connector under dashboard using 7/16" combination wrench.

Cut brown and white striped wire connected to relay on right using diagonal

cutting pliers.

Strip insulation from both ends of the brown and white stripped wire.

Splice both ends of the brown and white stripped wire to W33 FIELD CUR

RELAY wire with splices (item 89, M7928/5-4). Using crimping tool, crimp

wire splices.

Reinstall relay mounting bracket and diagnostic equipment connector under

dashboard with two bolts using 7/16" combination wrench.
