(2) Put contact point of dial indicator on 12-in. diameter, 1-in. long gauge pin and zero dial indicator. (3) Measure protrusion of weight- Dial indicator will give weight assist plunger (22). direct reading of protrusion.  If protrusion is below 0.800 in. (20.32 mm), add shims.  If protru- sion is above 0.800 in. Ensure governor weights are prop- erly engaged with tang on gover- nor plunger. b.  Secure with screw (30), new Tighten all screws to 9-11 lb-ft plastic bushing seal (31), (12-15 Nm). screw (29), lockwasher (28), washer (27), and five captive washer screws (26). 36.     Fuel pump front cover Remove from mounting plate assembly (1) (32) and ball joint vise (33). 3-418
