 Wall Patterns The large number of shapes and sizes of concrete blocks lend themselves to a great many uses. Figure 7-39 shows only a few of the wall patterns that can be developed using various pattern bonds and block sizes. Commercial publi-cations from the Portland Cement Association show many more.
