For flexible printed wiring, this col- umn  is  not  applicable. Wires which contain unique letters shall be bundled and routed sepa- rately from all others. REF indicates jumper of circuit prewired at subas- sembly  level,  DIR  indicates  wire shall be routed separately from har- ness by shortest possible route be- tween components. Minimum ser- vice  loop. Not applicable. Used for signal description of any other  type  of  comments. Not used. b. Wire List Notations. Notations used in the wire lists are defined as follows: Symbol Definition FL HY NC SG SL SP Spare S1 S2 S3, etc. TG T2 T3 T4, etc. Furnished  lead  supplied  with  compo- nent Hybrid  splice  configuration No  connection;  this  terminal  is  re- served Shielded  group Shield  lead  (wire  connecting  a  shield to a termination point) Shielded  pigtail Indicates   a   terminal   which   is not   wired   and   is   not   reserved for   a   specific   function One  conductor  shielded Two  conductor  shielded Three  conductor  shielded,  etc. Twisted  group Two  conductors  twisted Three  conductors  twisted Four  conductors  twisted,  etc. Period Period  preceding  capital  letter  indi- cates lowercase letter (Example: .
