a SERVMART. Figure 6-16 shows the NAVSUP Form
1314 that provides the basis for the preparation of the
DD Form 1348 or the NAVSUP Form 1250-1 money
value only (MVO). These forms are shown in figure 6-
17 and are required for such purchase.
In some cases, SERVMARTs will provide bulk
issue service. This service, however, should not be
used as the source of supply for long-term
requirements or predeployment loadouts.
