Torque values provided must be respected to prevent possible damage to equipment or the
shelter. Improper procedures could result in extensive damage to Government property.
Two vises, mounted on the bin storage cabinets, must be positioned so that handles are located
toward narrow sides of cabinets. If handles are pointed in direction of movable side of shelter
they will restrict closing of the end wall and could result in damage to the wall.
