Step 2.
Check HIGH PRESSURE BLEED valve:
Remove (paragraph 8-7a.) and clean valve, and clean the

manifold where HIGH PRESSURE BLEED valve fits.
Inspect valve cartridge for nicks, scratches or broken

packing. Replace valve if necessary.
Replace valve packing.
c.
Re-install HIGH PRESSURE BLEED valve (paragraph 8-7.b.).
d.
Verify operation.

PRESSURE GAUGE INDICATION DOES NOT DROP wHILE BLEEDING AIR.
Step 1.
Shut down complete unit and check RETURN BLEED valve for clogged
condition:
a. Remove (paragraph 8-7.a.) and clean valve and clean the
manifold where RETURN BLEED valve fits.
Inspect valve cartridge for signs of blockage (i.e., lodged

bits of packing). Replace valve cartridge if necessary.
c. Replace valve packing.
Re-install RETURN BLEED valve (paragraph 8-7.b.) and verify

operation.
Step 2.
