e. The "NOT FULLY MISSION CAPABLE IF:" column is the column of Table 4-2 in which entries will be
keyed specifically to checks listed in the "procedures" column for the purpose of identifying, for the check, the
criteria that will cause the equipment to be classified as not ready/available because of inability to perform its
primary Combat Mission. An entry in this column will:
a. Identify conditions that make the equipment not fully mission capable for readiness reporting.
b. Deny use of the equipment until corrective maintenance has been performed
4.12 PMCS Table. The necessary preventive maintenance services to be performed are listed and described
in Table 4-2. Defects discovered during operation of the system should be corrected as soon as possible. All
deficiencies and shortcomings will be recorded, together with the corrective action taken, on DA Form 2404
(Equipment Inspection and Maintenance Worksheet) as soon as possible.
