Section I.

SERVICE UPON RECEIPT OF MATERIAL

When packed for shipment, the power supplies and power supply test

Inspect the equipment for damage incurred during shipment. If

the equipment has been damaged, report the damage on SF Form 364,

packing slip to see if the shipment is complete. The equipment

should be placed in service even though a minor assembly or part that

does not affect proper functioning is missing.
