OXIDE (BeO) CERAMICS. The dust or fumes from BERYLLIUM OXIDE
CERAMICS are HIGHLY TOXIC and breathing them can result in serious
personal injury or DEATH. (Page 3-7, Para, 3-13.) (Page 1-20, Para. 1-54.)
Power amplifier tubes 1A14V1 and 1A14V2 (Y-621 B) contain BERYLLIUM
OXIDE (BeO) CERAMICS. The dust of fumes from BERYLLIUM OXIDE
CERAMICS are HIGHLY TOXIC and breathing them can result in serious

should only be wiped with a dry lint free cloth, If the power amplifier case
