MALFUNCTION

CORRECTIVE ACTION
1.
DOOR BLACKOUT SWITCH ASSEMBLY DOES NOT OPERATE.
Check to make sure blackout switch on the power distribution panel is ON.
Turn switch ON.
2.
ISLATROL CONTROL BOX ASSEMBLY DOES NOT ALLOW PAPER CUTTER TO OPERATE.
Check to make sure circuit breaker switch on power distribution panel is in the ON position.
Turn circuit breaker ON.
3.
CARGO DOOR VENT ASSEMBLY DOES NOT OPERATE PROPERLY.
Step 1.
Check vent doors (4 ea) for proper opening and closing.
Lubricate hinges.
Step 2.
Check vent assembly switches for proper operation.
Notify unit maintenance of trouble.
Step 3.
Check vent doors for dents or bends and for loose or missing hardware.
Notify unit maintenance of trouble.
Step 4.
Check door latches for proper operations and for broken or missing parts.
Notify unit maintenance of trouble.
