Power Distribution Panel - Contains circuit breakers and distribution terminals for shelter electrical system.

Phase Monitor Meter - Monitors electrical voltage, frequency, and three phase input power to the shelter.

Blackout Buzzer - A buzzer to alert personnel that the door will be opened and lighting in the shelter will be
extinguished when operating under blackout conditions.
