Refer to TM 5-3610-304-10 for setup instructions for the printing press.

Connecting Power to Shelter and Power Distribution Box.
CAUTION
Make sure that the main circuit breaker in the Power Distribution Box is in the OFF
position before connecting the power cable to the Distribution Box or Shelter. Failure to
do so may result in electrical short and damage to equipment.
NOTE
The generator operator will connect the main power cable from the generator set
to the Power Distribution Box.
(1)
Install grounding rod.
(2)
Verify that main circuit breaker CB1 (1) on the Power Distribution Box is in the OFF position. Refer to
Figure 2-17 for location of controls and indicators on Power Distribution Box and phase monitor meter.
(3)
Connect grounding rod grounding line to shelter ground lug (1, Figure 2-16). Connect power cable to the
Press Section receptacle (2, Figure 2-17) on the Power Distribution Box and to the Press Section shelter power input
receptacle (2, Figure 2-16).
(4)
Notify Module C operator that you have completed connecting your shelter to the Power Distribution Box.
Wait until Module C supervisor has set main circuit breaker CB1 on Power Distribution Box to ON position before
performing step (5).
