Water Level Switch (14) - In the OFF position, deactivates water level probes and indicator (2). In the GRAY
WATER LEVEL position, activates gray water level probe. In the FRESH WATER LEVEL position, activates fresh water
level probe.

Fresh Water Pump Switch (15) - In the ON position, activates fresh water pump. In the OFF position,
deactivates fresh water pump.

Hot Water Tank Drain Valve (16) - When turned fully clockwise to closed position, allows hot water tank to be
filled. When turned fully counterclockwise to open, allows hot water tank to be drained. In normal operation, the hot
water tank drain valve should be closed.
CAUTION
Never set temperature greater than 160 F. Failure to do so may result in damage to the
sink assembly.

Hot Water Temperature Control Knob (17) - Sets temperature of water in hot water tank. Operator should not
adjust hot water temperature control knob. This is a unit maintenance function. Under no circumstance should setting be
greater than 160 F.
