Inspect tape scale for correct operation and for wear, cracks and cuts.

Inspect back gage for correct operation and adjustment and for cracks or other damage.
g.
Inspect knife for correct operation and adjustment and for burrs, or other damage to the knife edge.
h.
Inspect the unit power cord and connector for fraying or other damage.

Papercutter Assembly
Inspect the papercutter assembly as follows:
a.
Inspect the toggle and pushbutton switches for security of attachment and correct operation.
b.
Inspect indicator light for damage and correct operation.
c.
Inspect all covers, panels and guards for security and damage. Also inspect data plate for damage and legibility.
d.
Inspect area surrounding paper cutter for evidence of hydraulic leaks.
Section XII. MAINTENANCE OF WATER SUPPLY PLUMBING
4-26. General
The water supply and plumbing consists of a draincock, a faucet, various lines and fittings and a water supply line to
the humidifier. The purpose of the water supply and plumbing is to make readily available a supply of water for various
components and operations used in conjunction with the shelter. (See fig. 4-13.)
