needs improvement, let us know. Send us an EIR. You, the user, are the only one
who can tell us what you don't like about your equipment. Let us know why you don't
like the design. Put it on an SF368 (Quality Deficiency Record). Mail it to:

1-5 Warranty Information. The ARABS is warranted for 12 months. The warranty
starts on the in-service date found on the inside cover of the Army Parachute Log
Record, DA Form 3912, for parachute components, and from date of manufacture
for all other components, as indicated in block 23 of DA Form 2408-9, Equipment
Control Record.
