                                                                   TM 10-1670-296-20&P                                            0003 00 0003 00-4 4.    Ensure running ends are routed over that part of the lacing length located along the log record centerfold. 5.    Complete the attachment tie by making a half hitch on top of the slip loop made in step 2., above. 6.    Attach the log record to the item at a convenient point. Accomplishing a Log Record.  Upon completion of first technical/rigger-type inspection, the individual performing the inspection will initially prepare a log record for the item and accomplish subsequent record entries using the following procedures:    NOTE Log record book entries will be made with a suitable type blue or black marking device that cannot be erased.
