The reserve ripcord assembly consists of a stainless steel braided cable with two locking pins. The cable is secured to a curved ripcord handle with two swaged balls. 7. Main Canopy Release Ripcord. The main canopy release ripcord consists of a red padded nylon cushion grip and lengths of plastic coated ripcord cable.
