RECORDING DENTAL TREATMENT
When you are involved in recording dental
treatment from an examination or charting treatment
that has been completed, certain markings are charted
on the examination form you are using. The five forms
that will be discussed in this section are the Forensic
Examination, located on the inside back cover of the
NAVMED 6150/21-30, and Current Status Form
located on the inside back cover section of NAVMED
