71. Disconnect harness leads 27C (27),27D (28),27K (321, and 71A (33) from two circuit breakers (35).

Remove two screws (31), clamps (291, and harness (30) from steering column support (34).

Disconnect harness lead 25A (23) from horn switch (37).
74.
Remove locknut (261, capscrew (241, and harness ground lead 57C (25) corn steering column (36).
Discard locknut (26).
