TM 10-5411-231-13&P CARGO BED COVER (CBC) HMMWV, TYPE I 0007 00 OPERATION UNDER UNUSUAL CONDITIONS UNUSUAL ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS ICE If ice forms around the door locks, use mallet to break ice.  Gently tap near or at the door lock to free handle for movement.       CAUTION Be careful when tapping at or near handle.  Too much force may damage or break the handle. If ice forms on the hinges, break ice by gently tapping on hinges until free movement of door is obtained. RAIN, WIND AND SAND STORM In case of severe rain, wind or sand storm conditions, ensure that both ventilators, access plates and all doors are closed. END OF TASK 0007 00-2
