ORGANIZATIONAL TROUBLESHOOTING

This WP lists the common malfunctions which may be found during the operation or maintenance of the

trailer or components. You should perform the test/inspections and corrective actions in the order listed.

The columns are defined as follows:

1. MALFUNCTION - A visual or operational indication that something is wrong with the trailer.

2. TEST OR INSPECTION - A procedure to isolate the problem in a component or system.

3. CORRECTIVE ACTION - A procedure to correct the problem.

If you are unsure of the location of an item mentioned in troubleshooting, refer to WP 0002 00 or to the mainte-

nance task where the item is replaced.

Before performing troubleshooting, read and follow all safety instructions found in the Warning Summary at the

front of this manual.

This manual cannot list all malfunctions that may occur, nor all tests or inspections and corrective actions. If a

malfunction is not listed, or is not corrected by the listed corrective actions, notify your supervisor.
