Potentially hazardous foods (PHF) held in an insulated food container for more than four (4) hours
must be discarded as food waste.
(1) Remove the three inserts.
(2) Pour 2 quarts (1.9 liters) of boiling water into the container.
(3) Replace the three inserts.
