g. While the water is being heated, ready the tray packs for loading after the water begins to boil.
h. Insert can opener into the holder in the table top of one of the Table Assemblies with Tray-packs to be
opened. Place utensils, trays, eating utensils, bread, condiments, etc., on the second table.
i. If a hot beverage is to be served, a 10 or 15 gallon Cooking Pot and Cooking Cradle Assembly should
be assembled.
