The griddle is used to fry food items in volume, such as meats, sandwiches, and eggs.
The griddle employs four elements to heat the griddle surface (1). Each element is individually controlled
by a thermostat (2). Grease and liquid runoff, as well as cleaned food residue, are channeled into a
grease trough (3), which in turn drains into a removable grease drawer (4).
The griddle may be set up on an optional leg assembly (5), or may be installed on any fixed, heat
resistant working surface.
