UPDATE CASREP With the exception of the CASUALTY and ESTIMATE sets, you need to report in the UPDATE CASREP only previously unreported casualty information or information that has changed (or was reported in error). In most cases, you may change information in a previously reported data set by merely submitting the same data set again with the corrected information. You must submit an UPDATE CASREP for a casualty when any of the following criteria apply: 1.
