(e) Remove Stepper Motor No. 3 2A2A7A6A3. Check contacts of mating
connectors and repair if required.
Install replacement 2A2A7A6A3 and
perform DCVARF test.
If DCVARF test passes, no further action
required.
If this segment displayed again, proceed to (f). If another
segment displayed, proceed to that segment and continue
troubleshooting.
(f) Remove Cable Assembly 2A1A2A1OA2W53. Check contacts of mating
connectors and repair if required.
Install replacement 2A1A2A1OA2W53
and perform DCVARF test. If DCVARF test passes, no further action
required.
If this segment displayed again, proceed to (g). If another
segment displayed, proceed to that segment and continue
troubleshooting.
(g) Check the following cable assemblies and repair as required:
W28
W29
2A1W23
2A1A2W40
2A1A2A1OW46
2A2W8
2A2W9
If any cable was repaired, perform DCVARF test. If DCVARF test passes,
no further action required.
If DCVARF test fails and CALCST, PLLBUS,
MTRXSW, ADST, DIGITST, FPSST, and PPSST tests have been performed,
repair is beyond this level of maintenance.
Next higher level of
maintenance required.
If no cables were repaired and CALCST, PLLBUS, MTRXSW, ADST, DIGITST,
FPSST, and PPSST tests have been performed, repair is beyond this level
of maintenance.
Next higher level of maintenance required.
If another segment displayed, proceed to that segment and continue
troubleshooting.
