2. CORRECTIVE ACTION - DCBMIR
(a) Remove Digital Output CCA 2A2A6XX (slot 407). Check contacts of mating
connectors and repair if required.
Install replacement 2A2A6XX and
perform DCBMIR test.
If DCBMIR test passes, no further action
required.
If DCBMIR test fails, proceed to (b).
(b) Remove Digital Input CCA 2A2A6XX (slot 401). Check contacts of mating
connectors and repair if required.
Install replacement 2A2A6XX and
perform DCBMIR test.
If DCBMIR test passes, no further action
required.
If DCBMIR test fails, proceed to (c).
(c) Remove Stepper Motor CCA No. 1 2A2A7A6A1. Check contacts of mating
connectors and repair if required.
Install replacement 2A2A7A6A1 and
perform DCBMIR test.
If DCBMIR test passes, no further action
required.
If DCBMIR test fails, proceed to (d).
(d) Remove Stepper Motor CCA No. 2 2A2A7A6A2. Check contacts of mating
connectors and repair if required.
Install replacement 2A2A7A6A2 and
perform DCBMIR test.
If DCBMIR test passes, no further action
required.
If DCBMIR test fails, proceed to (e).
(e) Remove Stepper Motor CCA No. 3 2A2A7A6A3. Check contacts of mating
connectors and repair if required.
Install replacement 2A2A7A6A3 and
perform DCBMIR test.
If DCBMIR test passes, no further action
required.
If DCBMIR test fails, proceed to (f).
