a.
DESCRIPTION
This module tests the ability of automatic focus control assembly 2A1A2A12 to
respond to position commands.
The automatic focus control assembly is programmed to
the home position and motor status checked.
If the motor status is in error, a prompt is displayed at completion of the
test.
The automatic focus control assembly is then programmed off of home position and
the motor status checked.
If the motor status is in error, a prompt is displayed at the completion of the
test.
The automatic focus control assembly is then programmed back to the home
position and motor status checked.
If the motor status is in error, a prompt is displayed.
b. REPLACEMENT PROCEDURE REFERENCE
The following list provides a cross reference of replacement items to
replacement procedures.
The item column identifies the item to be replaced by
reference designation and part number.
The reference column identifies the
procedural paragraph used to perform the replacement action. The VDT screen will
display the proper sequence of repair/replace actions.
