(8) The purpose of the digitizer is to digitize video inputs, provide the system
clock, and perform measurements.
The digitizer is used when testing the TADS NSA,
PNVS turret assembly, LTU, TV sensor, EO Mux LT/R, IVD, HOD TV CCA, video processor
assembly, and video preamp synchronizer.
