15. Preliminary Starting Procedure

a. C h e c k t h e v o l t a g e a n d f r e q u e n c y o f t h e a l t e r n a t i n g c u r r e n t

( a c ) power source to be used for the operation of Test Set, Elec-

tron Tube TV-2(*)/U. The voltage must be between 103.5 and

1 2 6 . 5 volts ac and the frequency between 50 and 1,000 cycles per

second (cps).

C u t i o n : Never connect the TV-2(*)/U to a direct current (dc)

power source.
