Operating Procedures

For measurements at frequencies above 600 MHz the RF PROBE must be used with a type N T ADAPTER, a

50-ohm termination and a fabricated coaxial cable for connection to the signal to be measured. Refer this

requirement to your organizational maintenance facility.

Type N T Adapter Correction Curve is shown below. (Input voltage to T Adapter is indicated by voltmeter.)

Subtract the correction from the indicated value, in dB, to obtain output voltage of T Adapter.

Typical VSWR of the RF PROBE with a type N T Adapter and 50-ohm termination is shown below.
