12. RPM
a. Performance Check
(1) Connect function/arbitrary generator to TI J3 using cable W3 and W4.
(2) Set TEST SELECT switches to 60.
(3) Press and release TEST pushbutton. Display will indicate UEH.
(4) Set TEST SELECT switches to 01.
(5) Press and release TEST pushbutton. Display will indicate 1.
(6) Set TEST SELECT switches to 10.
(7) Press and release TEST pushbutton. Display will indicate 0.
(8) Adjust function/arbitrary generator for square wave (positive pulse) output of 7
to 13 V and 5000 RPM indication on TI display. Function/arbitrary generator will indicate
between 165.84 and 167.50 Hz.
(9) Repeat technique of (4) through (8) above for indications listed in table 5.
Function/arbitrary generator will indicate within limits specified.
