Reference Voltage.
a. Performance Check.
(1) Connect AC voltmeter (A2) to jack J2 pin A and J2 pin E on test instrument, using electrical leads supplied
with AC voltmeter.
(2) Set AC voltmeter (A2) range switch setting to the 10v (rms)position.
(3) Set S1 switch to ON.
(4) Set and hold S2 switch to the EXTEND position, then to RETRACT position. AC voltmeter (A2) will read
between 2.8 and 3.8v (rms).
(5) Set S1 switch to OFF.
b. Adjustments. No adjustments can be made.

Simulator Meter (Ml).
a. Performance Check.
(1) Connect equipment as shown in figure 4-2.
(2) Set decade resistor (A3a) to read 1K ohms and the other decade resistor (A3b) to read 10K ohms.
