Supply, Continued Requisitioning Local commands prefer specific required forms for requisitioning supplies. Ships, in particular, have unusual and complicated supply channels. Visit your local supply office and learn what form your command uses. Setup and maintain a supply requisitioning log similar to a supply Operational Target (OPTAR) to track the supplies you order.
