instructional setting) to meet the requirements for the training

sessions.

Effectively communicate, verbally and non-verbally, lessons to

enhance learning.

Invoke student interaction through questions and student activity.

Respond to students' questions.

Provide positive feedback to students.

Use appropriate instructional materials and visual aids to meet the

lesson objectives.

Administer performance and written tests.

Ensure evaluation materials and class rosters are maintained and

forwarded to the appropriate administrative personnel.

Evaluate training program effectiveness.
