Whip Assembly NOTE Accomplish annually from three years through burst test failure. a. Visually inspect the assemblies for loose, damaged and corroded hose clamps.  Tighten affected hose clamps as required.  Notify your supervisor if damage is found. WARNING If the visual inspection indicates weakening of the hose or couplings, or otherwise renders the hose suspect, the hose shall be retired from service. b.
