DT1/PEL1 = 15/50 = .3
DT2 = 15 minutes
PEL2 (for SQS-23) = 285 minutes
DT2/PEL2 = 15/285 = .05
ND = .3 + .05 = .35
This is less than 1.0 and therefore is acceptable.
