Check  that  eyebolts  are  proper- ly  attached,  in  good  condition, and  have  cotter  pins. Check  four  lifting  rings  for looseness  or  damage. Check  base  frame  for  damage. Check  silencer  assembly  for leaks,  corrosion,  damage,  or missing   hardware. Inspect  for  looseness  or  dam- age.  Check  for  loose  or  missing hardware. Check  that  bolt  is  firmly  at- tached  and  all  fastener  parts are  present  (one  nut  and  three washers). Check  diesel  engine  for  loose, damaged.  missing  parts  and hardware  and  any  unusual wear,  deterioration,  or  leaks. Inspect  oil  filter  for  leaks,  loose- ness,  or  damage. Inspect  subcurrent  filter  for Ieaks,  loose,  or  damage  parts. Check  oil  cooler  and  cylinder cooling  fins  for  dust  buildup  or Off  leaks. Not  Fully  Mission Capable  if: Eyebolts  cannot  be secured  to  base. Base frame is dam- aged  beyond  repair. Silencer  assembly  is leaking  or  hardware missing. Gas  exhaust  endpip is loose or damaged. Bolt is loose or fas- tener  parts  are  miss- ing. Any fuel leaks Or class  Ill  oil  leak.
