Do not smoke or use open flame when performing mainte- nance. Fire and explosion could occur, resulting in 88 vere personal Injury or death. Ensure key is in control cabinet panel in the switch. Check that all plates are firmly attached and readable. Check condition and operation of twist grips, gas cylinders, and door props. Inspect ground straps and ground strap connections for looseness, corrosion, or dam- age. Check condition and attach- ment of cover. Check for loose or missing hardware. Inspect air leading ducts for looseness, damage, or dirt. Inspect fuel cap, chain, hard- ware, and strainer for looseness or missing parts. Not Fully Mission Capable if: Flaps cannot be fully opened or main- tained in the open position. Ground straps are loose, damaged, or corroded. Cover is damaged or loose.
