The symptom index lists malfunctions associated with switch box operation. Each mal- function listing includes a reference to the applicable figure that contains a chart. The chart will help you determine probable causes and corrective actions to take. The symptom index cannot list all malfunctions that may occur, nor all tests or inspections and corrective actions. If a malfunction is not listed or cannot be corrected by listed corrective actions, notify next higher level of maintenance.
