Connect a closed SPST switch between 14
and 15.

Connect a 35-ohm, 10-watt resistor between
16 and 17. This simulates the actuator coil.
(4)
Connect AC signal generator to 18 and 19.
This simulates the magnetic pickup.
(5)
Connect an open SPST switch between 22
and 23. This simulates the minimum fuel
switch.
(6)
Turn RATED SPEED control fully clockwise.
(7)
Connect DC voltmeter between 16(-) and 17
(+) to monitor actuator voltage.
(8)
Check that jumper between 29 and 30 is
installed.

Test as follows:

Turn

SPEED

fully
counterclockwise.
(2)
Turn on power supply.
