Raise the hood to the highest point, then slowly lower the hood until the prop locks up.
Insert the S shaped safety hook through matching holes in the prop channels.
To lower the hood; remove the safety hook and stow it in the grommet in the upper
channel bracket, raise the hood to its highest position and then slowly lower the hood.
