PARKING BRAKE - CONTINUED

PARKING BRAKE ADJUSTMENT SPECIAL SCREW

Located in bottom of transmission case.

Provides for final adjustment of parking brake.

PARKING BRAKE DRUM

Splined to left-hand differential drive shaft hub.

Provides braking surface for parking brake band and lining to grip.

When parking brake lever is engaged, locks up gear train to keep loader backhoe from moving.
