Slide nut (1) and sleeve (2) onto plastic tube (3) about two inches.

Push plastic tube (3) into elbow (4) as far as possible.

Push sleeve (2) against elbow (4).
ck.
Secure plastic tube (3) to elbow (4) with nut (1).
