TM 10-3930-664-24 38.  Connect electrical wiring harness at plug (12).   Connect white wire (13) in engine wiring harness and white wire (14) in main wiring harness to black wires (15) on ether valve. 39.  Connect electrical cable (22), red wire (23), and yellow wire (24).  to starter stud (21) using nut (19) and washer (20). 40.  Apply loctite to screws (17).  Install starter heat shield (16) onto engine using screws and washers (18). 3-30
