Refer to the vehicle Operator’s Manual (TM 9-2320-273-10) for instructions on how to accomplish the following: (1) Start the truck engine. (2) Set the hand throttle so the engine will maintain sufficient rpm. (3) Engage the PTO. WARNING Stay at the controls while dumping. If the body leans or shifts to one side, lower it immediately. If the body leans or shifts, check for: • flat tires o low air pressure • weak broken spring leaves • wheels sinking unevenly • load sticking on one side of body • high or gusty wind Find and correct the problem you finish dumping.
