All threaded parts Look for damaged threads or rounded heads. INSTALLATION 7. Armature (1) Generator a. Aline slot in pulley with key (3) in pulley (2) armature. b. Put on. 8. Generator Nut (4) and flat Screw on and torque to 40 to 60 ft lb (55 to 80 pulley (2) and washer (5) N•m) using 5/16inch socket head screw armature (1) key, 15/16-inch socket head screw key, 15/16-inch 1/2-inch drive flare socket, and 0 to 175 ft lb (0 to 245 N•m) torque wrench.
