Filler cap (4) Put on. Check oil level. Check for oil leaks. 5. Dump truck Start engine (TM 5-3805-254-10). 6. Oil pan (1) Drainplug (2) Check for oil leaks. 7. Dump truck Shut down engine (TM 5-3805-254-10). 8. Dipstick tube (6) Dipstick (7) a. Take out and clean with wiping rag. b. Push in as far as possible. c. Pull out and check oil level. Oil level should be between H and L marks on dipstick. If not between H and L, add oil. d. Put in. NOTE FOLLOW-ON MAINTENANCE: Close right and left side hood panels (page 2-424).
